CITY LIFE With these pictures where I have attempted to capture the vibrancy and prevailing culture of inner city life in South Africa. How can this ethnicity be defined? Perhaps it is the state of becoming a community within the boundaries of metropolitan rules fuelled by the many people who pour into the city in search of wealth and prosperity. They remain ever diligent while strutting the pavements of the metropolis where they are quickly taught how to compete in a modern social order while losing touch with their pastoral relatives and rural upbringings.
